These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PrimeTunnel mobile application and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the service only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction and if you are able to enter into a binding agreement.
PrimeTunnel provides VPN-related functionality intended to help users establish a secure connection through supported servers. Service availability, speeds, supported regions, technical routing methods, and underlying providers may change at any time.
You agree not to use the service to:
Certain service features may depend on technical access credentials, server configurations, or device-based session identifiers. You are responsible for using such access in compliance with authorized business or operational rules.
The app may store selected region information, encrypted connection configuration, and a stable device-local session identifier so that the service can reconnect consistently on the same device.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
The app, branding, software, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the service.
The service may rely on or interact with third-party systems, infrastructure providers, VPN or proxy gateways, public IP lookup endpoints, websites, or app stores. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.
This release does not currently integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, or crash reporting SDKs such as AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or Facebook services. The service may still rely on third-party systems needed for core operation, such as app distribution, VPN or proxy infrastructure, public IP lookup endpoints, websites, or app stores. If additional SDKs are added in a future version, the relevant policies and disclosures will be updated before use.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific connection speeds, access to any particular website or service, uninterrupted access to any specific country or node, or error-free operation.
We also do not guarantee that the service will meet your legal, regulatory, workplace, school, carrier, or platform requirements in every jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
