Service availability, speeds, supported regions, technical routing methods, and underlying providers may change at any time. The app may also display advertisements and use analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and measurement services to operate, support, and improve the service.

Certain service features may depend on technical access credentials, server configurations, or device-based session identifiers. You are responsible for using such access in compliance with authorized business or operational rules.
The app may store selected region information, encrypted connection configuration, and a stable device-local session identifier so that the service can reconnect consistently on the same device.
Access to some service capabilities may also depend on remote configuration, node data, or operational rules delivered by our backend or supported third-party infrastructure.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

The current release integrates third-party systems and SDKs including AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Crashlytics, Facebook App Events, VPN or proxy infrastructure, public IP lookup endpoints, websites, and app store services. These third parties may support advertising delivery, event measurement, ad measurement, remote configuration, diagnostics, crash reporting, connectivity verification, and core service operation. Your use of the app is also subject to any applicable third-party terms, policies, and technical limitations.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific connection speeds, access to any particular website or service, uninterrupted access to any specific country or node, or error-free operation.
We also do not guarantee that the service will meet your legal, regulatory, workplace, school, carrier, or platform requirements in every jurisdiction. Advertisements, measurement services, remote configuration, public IP lookup endpoints, and other third-party services are provided or controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to their own availability, policy, and technical limitations.

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
